Instructions: Saute onion, garlic and diced tomato in butter. Add flour and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Continue stirring and add chicken stock a little at a time to desired thickness. Add cheese while stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve in fondue pot or crockpot, kept at low heat, with chips in a bowl or basket on the side.
