Brinkman or similar smoker
Charcoal pan 1/2 full
Water pan 3/4 full
8 x ears fresh corn in the husk
margarine
Instructions:
Instructions: Carefully peel back husks and remove silk. Brush corn with melted margarine and lightly salt. Fold husks back in place and tie with string. Put on smoker grill and cook 1-1 1/2 hours or until tender.
