1 x 100g packet of smoked sliced duck breast about 24 mignons morceaux biscuits
Instructions:
Instructions: Trim of fany fat from the duck slices.

Spread 24 little mignons morceaux biscuits with some mascarpone cheese.

Spoon a little hoisin sauce on top.

Roll up a slice of smoked duck thread a cocktail stick through it and press firmly down into the biscuit.

Arrange on a dish.
