Instructions: Toss the chicory and watercress together in a bowl with the oil and season to taste.
Arrange on 4 salad plates and divide the smoked haddock slices over the leaves. Spoon the mayonnaise over each salad. Toss the red onion cucumber and dill with salt and pepper and place over the haddock. Top with a scattering of croutons. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
