Instructions: 2 Or 3 fillets smoked mullet
1/2 c Chopped onion 1/2 c Chopped green pepper 1/2 c Chopped celery 2 pk Cream cheese (8-ounce) 1/4 c To 1/2 c real mayonnaise Horseradish to taste Paprika Peel fish from skin and break into small pieces. Set aside. Add all ingredients to cream cheese and mix together to a smooth consistency. Add smoked mullet. Form into a ball and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate before using Serves about 6.
