Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
4 lrg Flat mushrooms
3 tbl Olive oil
1 x 150 gram can smoked mussels
1 x 15 grams can smoked oysters, roughly chopped
125 gm Wild mushrooms, ie shittake, oyster, roughly chopped (4oz)
1 x Lemon, juice of
2 tbl Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Brush the flat mushrooms with oil and gently grill for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the wild mushrooms in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the mussels and oysters and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, parsley and season to taste.

Pile the mixture into the mushrooms. Serve garnished with green salad leaves and lemon wedges.

NOTES : A delicious blend of flavours.A tasty starter, ideal served with crusty bread.
