Instructions: Brush the flat mushrooms with oil and gently grill for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the wild mushrooms in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the mussels and oysters and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice, parsley and season to taste. Pile the mixture into the mushrooms. Serve garnished with green salad leaves and lemon wedges. NOTES : A delicious blend of flavours.A tasty starter, ideal served with crusty bread.
