1 x 1-Gallon ziplock bag
2 x Cleaned Pheasant
1 x 18oz bottle Italian dressing
1/4 cup Worcheshire sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Add all ingredients in ziplock bag and let marinate for a day or two. Three days would not hurt.

Place on smoker until done.
