Instructions: Spread slices of bread with mayonnaise. Top one slice with salmon and bacon, one with tomato and lettuce. Season to taste.
To assemble, place lettuce tomato layer on bottom, then salmon and bacon layer. Top sandwich with remaining slice of bread. Drive toothpicks into each quadrant of the sandwich, then cut into four triangles, and serve. Yield: 2 servings Email this Recipe:
