olive oil spray
1/4 lb smoked salmon thinly sliced
1 x shallot minced
2 tbl fresh chives minced
2 tbl fresh dill minced
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 tbl capers coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: * Orig was for 1/4 cup olive oil.

Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, salmon, and next 7 ingredients; cover and chill 2 hours.

Cut baguette into 24 (1/4-inch-thick) slices. Brush both sides of slices with remaining 2 tablespoons oil.
* Use cooking spray lightly instead of the 2 tbsp oil.

Grill bread slices, without grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 ) 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crisp, turning often. Spoon salmon mixture onto slices; serve immediately.

Note: Bread slices may be
baked in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden, turning once.
