Instructions: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the first eight ingredients and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare 6 sheets of the pastry, following package directions. Place one third of the reserved salmon mixture on the pastry and roll as directed on package. Repeat the procedure two more times. Brush the top of each roll with the melted butter and sprinkle with the poppy seeds. Make diagonal slashes across each top. Place the rolls on a jellyroll pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool slightly. Cut into slices and serve immediately. Makes 3 rolls.
