Instructions: Spread one tortilla with the cream cheese. Top with salmon, then onion, capers, parsley, and tomato. Place second tortilla on top and gently place in a skillet that you have sprayed with nonstick coating. Over med heat, brown on one side and then, with a spatula, flip over and brown on the other side.
Cut into 4 wedges with a pizza cutter and serve immediately. Sliced jicama or radishes make a good side dish. Serves 1 Email this Recipe:
