8 oz	cream cheese, softened
3 tbl	sour cream, or yogurt
1/2 lb	smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Instructions:

Instructions: Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream. Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with the mixture. Roll up and cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Served chilled.
