Instructions: To make tartare:
In a blender or food processor process smoked salmon onion lemon juice and olive oil to a rough paste. Add salt and pepper and stir in capers and dill. Spread cucumber slices with a film of mustard. Top each with about 1 teaspoon salmon tartare. Garnish each slice with a sprig of dill. Never hurry a cucumber. Give it a chance. Slice into it as you would a melon. Email this Recipe:
