110 gm Smoked salmon - cut in strips
110 gm Smoked trout - cut in strips
110 gm Flavored smoked mackerel - cut in strips
Selection of lettuce leaves
Fresh fruits - to include grapes, nectarines and melon
Olives
Chopped chives
3 tbl Olive oil
1 tbl White wine vinegar
1 tbl Lime juice
1 tbl Chopped chives
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine lettuces, chopped fruits, olives and fish in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients, pour over salad and toss gently. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve with crusty bread. Substitutions: Cooked flaked cod, rock salmon, trout, salmon.
