250 gm Tagliatelle verdi, (8oz)
125 gm Skimmed-milk soft cheese, (4oz) yoghurt, (5z)
100 gm Smoked ham, chopped (3 1/2 oz)
50 gm Shelled hazelnuts, chopped roughly (2oz)
2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds, (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain and return to the warm pan.

Add the soft cheese, yoghurt, ham and hazelnuts, season and toss well to coat the tagliatelle thoroughly. Turn into a serving dish and sprinkle over the sesame seeds, if using.

Serve immediately.
