Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x trout, smoked
60 gm butter
60 gm cream cheese
1 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Fillet and skin trout. Remove bones.

Place trout in food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Add soft butter and cream cheese, then lemon juice and cream and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Place in serving dish and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with Melba toast or crackers.
