Instructions: Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly, and pat dry. Set aside. Combine turkey and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine oil and next 4 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour over turkey mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill. Place spinach on individual salad plates; top with turkey mixture.
