1/4 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbl Spicy hot mustard
2 x Pita bread rounds, cut in half
4 slc Smoked turkey breast
8 slc Unpeeled tomato, (1/4-inch-thick)
1 cup Loosely packed trimmed watercress
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl, and stir well. Spread mustard sauce evenly on inside surface of each pita half. Place 1 turkey slice, 2 tomato slices, and 1/4 cup watercress in each half; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pita half).
