Instructions: Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl, and stir well. Spread mustard sauce evenly on inside surface of each pita half. Place 1 turkey slice, 2 tomato slices, and 1/4 cup watercress in each half; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese.
