1/4 kg smoked salmon trout
lettuce
dill
radishes
Instructions:
Instructions: Wrap the fish with aluminum foil and place on a rack.

Heat in a 200 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly hot.

If desired decorate the fish by making slits in the skin before putting it in the oven; after heating pull off part of the skin.

Put the fish on a heated platter and garnish with lettuce radishes dill and lemon wedges.

Serve with boiled new potatoes and horseradish cream that is whipped cream seasoned with grated horseradish salt vinegar and pepper to taste.
