Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Yellow Onions, Chopped
4 tbl Butter Or Margarine, Melted
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
1/4 tsp Salt
4 cup Milk
17 oz Whole Kernel Corn, Canned, Drained
4 x Smoked Sausage Links, Sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in flour, salt and black pepper. Add milk, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly, about 1 minute. Stir in drained corn, sausage slices and drained black beans. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serving Ideas : With Fresh baked bread

NOTES : Just about any smoked meat can be substituted for the Smoked Sausage Links.
