1/2 lb Lean beef brisket
1 tbl Smoked-flavored salt
2 med onions -- sliced
1 tsp Celery seed
1 tbl Mustard seed
1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle both sides of meat with smoke-flavored salt. Arrange onion salices in bottom of slow-cooking pot. Top with meat. Combine celery seed, mustard seed, pepper, and chili sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or until tender.
