Instructions: Rub squirrels inside and out with mixture of celery salt , white pepper, and barbecue smoke liquid. Let stand for 15 minutes. Rub with soft butter and put under a broiler. Heat 1/2 cup consomme and melt any remaining butter into it; use for basting while broiling. Broil under the highest heat for 20 minutes per side, just enough below the source of the heat to prevent burning.
