Instructions: Peel and roughly chop the mango.
Place in a blender or food processor with the remaining ingredients then blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve well chilled. Bananas freeze well; chop them into smaller pieces and use straight from the freezer. For fewer cals per serving use any low fat fruit yogurt instead. Mangoes are rich in betacarotene as well as providing vitamin C and fibre. Bananas provide potassium vitamin B and a slow release carbohydrate to stave off hunger pangs. Serves 2 Email this Recipe:
