Instructions: Cut meat into bite size pieces. Pour 3/4 cup of flour, a tbsp of garlic powder in a bowl. Dredge the meat in the flour mix, coating nicely. Por enough oil in a large skillet (one that you have a cover to) to lightly cover the bottom. Heat oil, and when oil is hot, fry up the meat until brown (about 5-7 minutes).
Remove from heat, pour both cans of soup and approx 3/4 cup of milk into skillet with the meat. Add the garlic and the mushrooms (drain the mushrooms first!). Mix in the skillet, turn the heat back on the stove. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to LOW...cover, and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. STIR OFTEN! During this time, start to make the rice. I usually make enough for 6 people if feeding 4. When meat and rice are done, place rice on a plate and top with meat and sauce! Easy & Yummy! Email this Recipe:
