Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
600 gm puffed rice
1 lrg onion chopped finely
300 gm potatoes boiled peeled and cubed
300 gm chiwda (qv) or shop bought Bombay mix
6 tbl corrander leaves chopped
4 tbl unripe mango peeled and chopped finely (optional)
150 ml sweet tamarind chutney (qv Meethi Chutney)
150 ml onion chutneyy (qv Piyaz ki Chutney)
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together varying the amounts of chutneys according to taste.

Make up small quantities of the mixture as required as it becomes soggy with keeping.

This dish depends entirely on your own preferences so feel free to adjust the quantities of any of the components.

Sold on nearly every street comer of Bombay. It consists of several individual ingredients that give it its sweet salty tangy and hot tastes.
