1/2 lb Hot sausage, cut thin
2 can Cut green beans (#303)
2 x Green onions, sliced thin
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Oil or shortening
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry sausage in oil until slightly browned. Add green onions. Cook 1 minute longer. Add liquid from string beans, thyme, salt and parsley. Cook until sausage is very tender. Add green beans and cook 5 minutes longer.

Fresh green beans may be used if desired. Boil beans until tender. Use water from boiled beans and prepare as for canned beans.
