3/4 cup Reduced calorie margarine
1/3 cup Sugar
2 x Eggs
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
2 tbl Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream margarine at medium
speed; gradually add 1 1/3 cup sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Cover and freeze for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees; coat cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in cinnamon sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake for 8 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Store loosely covered. (per cookie: 57 calories, 1.6g fat, 25% calories from fat)
