Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 . Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt. Chill dough. Roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in sugar/cinammon mixture. Bake 2" apart on ungreased sheet for ten minutes. RECIPE COURTESY: My mom, Rose Salinger.
