1/2 tsp	Active Dry Yeast rapid or quick
1/2 tbl	Vital Gluten optional
1/8 cup	bread flour
1/8 cup	whole wheat flour
3 tbl	buckwheat flour
3 tbl	rye flour
3 tbl	soy flour
3 tbl	yellow cornmeal
1/3 cup	rolled oats
3/4 tsp	salt
3 tbl	Molasses Or Honey
1/2 tbl	oil

Instructions:

Instructions: Load machine in order suggested by manufacturer.

Process on White Bread or Regular cycle on lightest crust setting.

NOTES : One of our favorites! A very delicious dark, crusty bread.
