Instructions: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles. Under cook them by about 1 min minute. Drain. Meanwhile, saute the onion in the oil until soft and golden (on medium temperature). Add Silverbeet and stir until wilted (you may have to add the silverbeet in batches). Add the noodles, soy sauce, and rice vinegar dressing and cook for about 2 min, or until noodles are cooked. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds, if desired.
Variations: If you like things spicy, add your favorite pepper. Tofu and garlic are also delicious in this dish. Hi Everyone! My name is Alerian and I am a sophomore at Brown University in RI.
