Instructions: Place the potatoes into a dark pot. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, add 1/2 cup of milk, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and a generous amount of Parmesan cheese. Mix briefly, then cover and place into a preheated solar oven and bake until hot- about an hour or so.
