2 Place in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with lemon juice 3 Arrange slices of tomato down the centre of each fillet 4 Sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese over the top 5 Place in the oven

small oven: 180 degrees C approx 30 minutes PREHEATED bottom shelf
fan oven: 170 degrees C approx 25 minutes COLD START
