Melt fat and stir in the flour cooked for 30 seconds Remove from the heat and gradually stir in the milk return to heat and boil until thickened stirring continuously Season with salt and pepper and stir in 20z/56g of cheese Skin the fish flake and stir into the cheese sauce Cut a ring from the top of each potato scoop out the middle and mash thoroughly Fill the potatoes with the fish mixture and pipe the mashed potato around the edges Sprinkle tops with the remaining cheese and brown under the grill Before serving garnish with parsley servings: 3 Email this Recipe:
