Instructions: Put all the dried fruit in a bowl. Cover with lemon juice & stir to mix.
Let stand for one hour. Then transfer the fruit & its liquid to a blender. Blend at medium speed until thick & creamy, about 2 minutes. Pour into small custard cups. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
