Ingredients:

2 cup chicken stock or defatted chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup plain vanilla yogurt
1/2 x cucumber, peeled seeded and chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, peeled seeded and chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, peeled seeded and chopped
1/2 cup cured pitted black olives sliced
1/2 cup scallions chopped
2 tbl fresh parsley chopped
salt and white pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: With a wire whisk, mix together the chicken stock, sour cream, and yogurt. Add the remaining ingredients except the salt, pepper, Worchestershire, and Tabasco. Add those to suit. Serve chilled. Garnish with chopped parsley.

NOTES : This is an unusual cold soup that was a favorite of the Cuban population in Key West for many years. Originally named after Jose Marti, the famous Cuban liberator, locals dubbed it "La-Te-Da," after La Terrazza de Marti.
