Instructions: Combine the chicken stock with the avocado pulp in the container of a food processor or blender. Process 5 to 7 seconds. Add the tomatoes, garlic, onion, heavy cream, mayonnaise, Tabasco, lime juice, cumin, and salt and pepper, processing until all the ingredients are pureed and combined well. Refrigerate for a few hours. Stir. Serve cold in chilled bowls. Garnish with lemon peel.
