Instructions: 1. Combine all the ingredients except the chicken fillets sesame oil and mix well.
2. Place the chicken fillets in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade and chill for at least one hour.
3. Take the chicken fillets out of the fridge and heat a frypan to a high heat.
4. Tip the sesame oil into the frypan and swirl the oil over the base of the pan.
5. Place the chicken fillets in the pan and fry on both sides until cooked through, about 3 minutes each side.
Serve with a vegetable stir fry and some steamed rice!
*Serves 2 hungry people.
