Amount	Ingredient
1 cup	(8 oz.) Sargento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
1 cup	(4 oz.) Sargento Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 cup	(4 oz.) Sargento Fancy Supreme Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup	Madeira wine or Sherry
3 tbl	Butter or margarine, softened
2 tbl	Minced green onion
1/2 tsp	Hot pepper sauce

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except pecans in small bowl of electric mixer. Mix on medium speed until well blended. Chill 1 hour. Shape into ball; roll in pecans.
