1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
1/8 cup corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup pears, pureed
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring water, corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Cool completely and add fruit and wine. Process in an ice cream freezer.
