Instructions: Peel, quarter and cook potatoes in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, in serving bowl place chopped green pepper, onion and chopped eggs. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Crumble. To 3 T. of bacon fat in pan, add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Boil just before serving. To bowl, add sliced potatoes. Pour on cooked dressing. Add about 1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise to make creamy. Top with bacon and egg slices. Serve warm.
