Instructions: Trim crust from bread & cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Melt cheese & butter in top of double boiler. Remove from heat & fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture until well coated & place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 10 minutes at 400.
