Ingredients:

1/2 cup Self raising flour
2 x Eggs
1/2 cup Yogurt, I used 4 o/o Eshel
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla essence
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients, allow to raise, covered with a towel for short time.

Heat oil and fry small dounuts on both sides until golden-brown. With a slotted spoon remove on plate covered with paper towels. Before serving decorate with sugar powder.

IMPORTANT : Place a peeled carrot in the frying pot , to avoid oil burnt
