Instructions: Break 2 eggs in a cup; fill up with sour cream. Put in a mixing bowl; beat well with egg beater or mixer.

Add:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda, sifted in

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix and pour in 8x8-in. pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
