Instructions: Heat oven to 350. For crust, in large mixer bowl, combine all crust ingredients. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is crumbly, 2 to 3 minutes. Press on bottom of ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned around edges.
For filling, in medium bowl, stir together fruit filling, sour cream and almond extract. Spread over hot crust. Sprinkle nuts over top. Continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes, or until edges are bubbly. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes about 3 dozen bars Email this Recipe:
