1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 stk margarine melted
2 tbl margarine melted
1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 pkt active dry yeast
2 x eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: Scald the sour cream. Stir in the sugar, salt and the stick of margarine. Cool to lukewarm.

Put lukewarm water into a large bowl, sprinkle in the yeast and stir until dissolved. Add the lukewarm sour cream mixture, eggs and flour. Mix until well blended. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Divide dough into quarters. Flour board lightly and roll one part of the dough out until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough with a round cutter or a glass. Brush each roll with the remaining melted margarine, fold over, seal edges and place closely together on greased pan. Let the rolls rise 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
