Ingredients:

3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3 x eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine cream and milk; beat until foamy. Gradually add sugar and eggs, beating until sugar is dissolved. Stir in vanilla and sifted dry ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut out doughnuts.

Fry in deep hot fat (3650) until brown on both sides and cooked through.

Drain on paper towels.

Makes about 2-1/2 dozen.
