Instructions: Combine cream and milk; beat until foamy. Gradually add sugar and eggs, beating until sugar is dissolved. Stir in vanilla and sifted dry ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut out doughnuts.
Fry in deep hot fat (3650) until brown on both sides and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Makes about 2-1/2 dozen. Email this Recipe:
