1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. With a wire whisk, beat in sour cream and lemon juice. Beat in egg yolks.

Continue beating over medium-low heat five minutes or until slightly thickened. Use warm or refrigerate up to two weeks. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly.
