1 cup mincemeat (or more)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
2 x eggs
1 tbl vinegar or lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend sugar, eggs and vinegar. Add sour cream and soda. Fold in mincemeat.

Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake 425 for 10 min., then at 325 for 40 min.
