Instructions: Blend ingredients and chill. Divide into 4 parts. Roll each into a 10" circle. Spread each circle with 2 tablespoons apricot preserves, 2 T coconut, and 1 tablespoon nuts. Cut each circle into 12 wedges. Roll up each wedge like you would a crescent roll with the filling inside. Sprinkle with a little sugar and bake on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Loosen from the baking sheet immediately (the preserves stick!).
