1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). 2. Prepare pastry, and line an 8 inch pie pan. Refrigerate it while you make the filling. 3. In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly. Stir in sugar, salt, and spices. Stir in sour cream and raisins. Pour filling into chilled pastry shell. 4. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out dry. Serve warm. Makes 1 - 8 inch pie Here is a different blend for a raisin pie. Email this Recipe:
